2 1/3 cups Water
1 1/2 cups Oatmeal
1 T Canola Oil
1/2 t Salt
1/3 cup Raw Unsalted Cashews
1 T WW Flour, or substitute
Combine ingredients and blend on high one minute. Fill a traditional
waffle iron (not a Belgain Waffle Iron) to just cover all the bumps.
Cook on medium for 10 minutes or until light to medium brown. Don't
check before 8 minutes.
Because it uses the blender for leavening, reblend for 20 secs before adding batter to iron if it has been sitting.
Makes 2 sets of 4 square waffles. Each square 100 cals.
