Oat Burgers (Neil Nedley)

4 cups Water
1/4 cup Soy Sauce (more if you are using Bragg-water)
2 T Oil
1 T Flax Meal
1 T dried Basil
2 t Garlic Powder
2 t Onion Powder
1 t Bakon Seasoning
1 t Coriander, ground
1 t Sage
1 cup Walnuts
4 cups Rolled Oats
Heat the ingredients in given order except oats.
Bring the water to a slow boil quickly stir in oats and remove from heat. Cover and set aside to cool.
Place on oiled baking sheets and bake for 20 minutes @ 350 degrees on each side.
The lid of a largemouth canning jar make a pretty good mold to form up the patties.
