1 cup dry oatmeal (quick-cooking)
½ cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
¼ cup margarine (Smart Balance is ok)
1 cup whole or jellied cranberry sauce
2-3 cups sliced apples
Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cut in margarine until crumbly. Place half mixture in greased 8 X 8 baking dish. Place sliced apples on top. Cover apples with cranberry sauce pieces. Top with remaining oat mixture. Pat down. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 45 minutes.
