I am tired of my sympathic pregnancy, my wife is tired of me snoring at night and I want to feel more fit. Too much information for sure, but that is why this topic isn't obviously linked from the front page.
Daily Calorie Intake to Maintain my Current Weight: 2810
Goals: 500 - 1000 calories/day reduction - exercise (1-2 lbs./week)
If I don't eat enough calories in a day, I start getting shaky and weak. If I notice this I will eat a little more. My favorite calorie booster is applesauce and frozen cherries which is less than 200 calories and digests slowly to time-release the energy.
I measure my weight in the morning, after exercise, before I drink or eat anything, but after the morning "void". It will fluctuate a little with varying amounts of hydration and muscle mass.
