Today at work I needed to convert an ESN between Hex and Decimal for legitimate purposes. I quickly discovered that it wasn't a straight conversion with Windows calculator. Searching the internet revealed quite a few websites that would do the conversion, but contained lots of other things that my employers wouldn't like me looking at while at work.

I finally found the information at TIA's ESN documentation.
