Using some of the time I have lying around in Yakima, I modified several strings of LED Christmas lights to run on 12V DC. These were wired to a 12V jumpstart pack. The LEDs just barely sip at the battery; I calculated roughly 30 hrs of burn time on a charge. Other features of the stroller include PC speakers for tunes, LED flashlight headlights, blinking LED taillights, blinking LED lights on the back wheels (with seperate battery packs) and the best part, of course, a baby! |

YOU GOT THE CHARIOT!!! I am so impressed. Are you loving it? Of course you are. Any one who rigs up lights in their stroller truly loves it. So, have you tried out the ski runner attachment yet? (Unfortunately, we have no need for those down here...sniff)
We do love our Chariot. We purchased it used from some very nice relatives of Laura. It comes close to getting more miles (definately more time) on it than both of our cars put together. It is wonderful living in such a small town.
Peter got skis for Christmas. We took him up to the mountains in it and he was much happier than the time we tried to pull him in the sled. Of course, it wasn't snowing and blowing 90 MPH either. The ski tracks are obviously wider than a standard cross country ski track and the skis are narrow which makes for tough pulling when snowshoeing through deep powder, but it is doable, and fun!
