1 cup Flour
2 T Cornmeal
1 T Sugar
1 t Baking Powder
0.5 t Baking Soda
0.25 t Salt
0.25 t Cinnamon
Combine and set aside.
1 egg
2 T Oil
1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1 T Lemon Juice
Combine in separate container. Add at once to dry ingredients and combine, mixture will still be lumpy.
1 cup Blueberries, frozen
Fold into mixture. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot lightly greased skillet.
