Potato Soup (Brian Roth)

1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
3 cloves Garlic
4 Cups Water
4 t Chicken Seasoning
3 cups Diced Potatoes
1 cup Sour Cream
2 t Fresh Dill
Sautee Onions and Garlic, add water, seasoning & potatoes. Cook 10 minutes. Puree and add remaining ingredients.
1 T Olive Oil
