Vegan Cornbread

Make up the following mix:
1 cups coarse cornmeal
0.5 cups White Flour
0.5 cups WW Flour
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1T Baking Powder
1T Ground Flax Seed
2T + 1t Soygood Powder
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1/4t Salt
At your campsite:
Mix in 1 1/3 cups water, mix throughly.
Place on a sheet of Parchment Paper and place in the teflon skillet of the outback oven.
Light the stove and set to a low flame.
Install the heat diffuser on the stove.
Install the teflon skillet, lid and insulation.
Turn the stove up to medium flame to achieve a temperature reading in the "bake" area of the gauge.
Bake 30 minutes after temp gauge reaches "bake".
Monitor stove to keep temperature reading in the bake area.
