Cottage Cheese Patties (Grandma Rick)


1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup quick oats
2 eggs
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 tsp sage
3 Tbsp. wheat germ
1 Tbsp yeast flakes
1 can mushroom soup for the gravy.
Mix all ingredients together except mushroom soup. Form into thinish patties and fry. (don't have your grill too hot or the patties will stick to the grill when you try to turn them.) Placed your patties in a casserole dish and cover with the mushroom soup which has been diluted with water to make a gravy. Bale for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. ENJOY!
